I have had the same issues last week + I noticed that my weight stagnated. What I did was: since I felt full, I started "drinking" more calories... in the form of cappuccino's, chococcino's, tai chai tea's from my dolce gusto device : ) problem solved for me... calorie-wise that is.

I desperately needed my fitbit, I work a "sitting-job" so if I don't do the extra effort I don't even get to 2000 steps... terrible I know. But I do have dogs so this excludes dog walks ;) Now with the fitbit I push myself to get the 10000 steps a day and I have almost every day. I do log my excercise with other apps…
