This is my go to quinoa meal to take to work for lunch quinoa-shrimp-paella I keep it in the fridge and take a portion to work each day. Delicious hot or cold.

Poached egg on a slice of toast or porridge / cereal. The poached eggs don't take long to do in the microwave.

Tinned tuna with chilli pesto and sundried tomatoes. I don't know if it's less calories than mayo but it is very tasty

I wrap mine in parma ham and dry fry till the ham starts to crisp up

You could always try flavouring the corn flour yourself by adding some spice (chilli , garlic powder, chicken 5 spice etc)
