I have my app that alerts me when I haven't logged food for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Its helping to remind me to do it which will help me in making healthier decisions as I adjust. At least thats what I'm thinking/hoping, lol.

I have yo-yo'd over the years, I think most people have. I have been religiously working out for the year and feeling great. Haven't lost a ton of lbs but have lost inches.
