I have the same problem. Even if I'm full and I know I'm going to be miserable, I still eat. I've looked into that binge eating disorder and have considered talking to my doctor about it.

I binge eat too. I eat even when I'm full. I have such a terrible relationship with food :(

I'm in the same boat as you all! Started out at 215, currently weight 199, but trying to get down to around 130. I made it down to 175 a few years ago, but gained a lot back. I'm now trying to get back into the swing of things to finally reach my goal weight
