  • i have been doing exercise bike and doing like intervals on it, which seems to be working. i will do a warmup etc then after each 30/40 secs go harder for 20 secs and then back to 30/40 etc and keep doing that for 30 mins per day, and also try and do some body weight exercise and weight exercises.
  • i feel for you, my husband is suffering from bulging discs for a year now and now has to get surgery. i think he done to much at work, exercise etc and never really gave himself time to recover and made himself worse. He was told to just walk and do his stretches every day. So hope someone can help and look after yourself!
