I would. I had a very mild case years ago. I waited too long and the dr. said that you have to get it when it first starts so they can really treat it. But I would go just to ease your mind and get some pain relievers or antibiotics. Good luck and hope it's not too bad!

In doing my own research, I used a number of the online calculators to determine my macros and they are roughly the same to the 50/30/20. I think you'd drive yourself crazy trying to calculate for every meal. I just log everyday and see what works with what to balance things out.

When that happens to me I try to remember that muscle is heavier than fat because of the density. So any gain, when I know I'm working the program, is actually a good thing. Hang in there!

Yeah Kymmerz I get cravings all of the time. I've got to be a hard *kitten* on myself this time just because. So it's all or nothing. I've been at this for a few months now and I just feel better each time I make that good decision, it keeps me motivated to keep at it. I love the Smart Balance light butter popcorn myself.…

Gum is good. Popcorn or veggies. Lemonade works wonders. And my ultimate knock out punch is to not have any bad things in the house so I can't be tempted if I do get cravings.

My cheat day is giving myself a day off from working out. I still maintain my food intake goals though. I figure missing one thing is bad enough. If I do two, or eat more than allowed, that will throw me further behind.

Okay, thanks for the advice everyone. I need and appreciate all the info. Anyone else care to add to it, please do! Here's my plan to start out with all the suggestions given. Being so out of shape and weak, I think I will hit the machines and free weights using heaviest manageable weights to do say 40 reps. Do that 4 days…
