We dance Ballroom a few times a week.. As well as Salsa, Swing etc.. It is a great form of exercise! We get to interact and have a good time together well getting some decent exercise!

I think it is doable, but not maintainable or really healthy to do a crash diet like that. If you exercise like mad, and watch what you eat, sticking with mostly veggies and water with some lean meats, you can probably do it. I think most the people doubting are more trying to encourage you to set a more attainable goal…
