I have my fitbit synched to MFP but it all it does is give you an extra calorie adjustment if you have a lot of steps that you haven't already logged in as exercise. You do it through the MFP site under tools. Good luck!

I use them! I throw a tablespoon into my morning smoothie and I bake with them, too.
