My go to is overnight oats with, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, frozen berry or goji, chia seed & ground flax seeds. I love it because it's already prepared and ready in the fridge!!

All great advice. I know what's slowing me down is the planning. It's complicated in my mind which is why I'm hoping for materials to lay it out for me. Lots of advice here keep in mind you don't need to take it all in at once. its a marathon not a sprint. Sugar is a cycle, eating sugar (high glycemic) makes you want more food esp sugar.
