Also, I've recently started trying to do a routine with hand weights for my arms over the next 30 days to see if I notice a difference. I only do this routine on the days I don't go to the gym.

I agree with cejaibe regarding having lower body fat. My arms are one of my most challenging areas. I've never had really nice arms so having them now are one of my goals. I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 140. According to the bmi chart that puts me right at the end of the "normal" range. I was this size before and it felt just right. Any smaller and I'd think I would look weird!
