I do 2 cups of almond milk (60 cal.) plus 1 serving of Slim Fast (chocolate) (110 cal.) to replace a meal. Total is 170 and I am satisfied for at least 3 hours, I am on 1,260.

Agree with everybody, for the first week I didn't have a scale and was just guessing, after I started using it I found out I was doing it all wrong.

I've lost 18 pounds in 66 days, by day 90 I expect to have lost at least another 6.

I have been on MFP for 66 days, lost 18 pounds so far and God knows how hard were the first and second weeks, keep going! We didn't become overweight overnight, patience and a scale make wonders!

I started seeing the difference at around 7 pounds, but more than on the way I looked in the mirror I noticed of the fitting of my clothes.

5'3" 45 y.o. SW 197 CW 187 Goal 169 (trying to go from "Obese" to "Overweight"at least) 1550 Cal. (Have exceeded only twice) On MFP for 5 weeks, goal was set up at 1 pound per week but I end up losing 10 in 5 weeks.
