In my opinion level 3 is so much better. So just hold out and push through the 10 days of level 2 and know that it gets better!!! Good luck.

I've completed it twice. This last time I lost 15lbs!! In the first week was the most, second week the least. I did 10 days of level 1 then a rest day then 10 days of level 2 then a rest day and then 10 days of level 3. I'm now doing Ripped in 30. Good luck!!

I did it a few months ago and had success (at 2 months post partum). I am doing it again now; on day 21 (and I am 10 months post partum). I've lost 14lbs so far this time. The workouts are pretty good but you still need to be eating right to see results. Good luck!!

@vivianausa I would say breastfeeding is a big part of it. Right away I lost 30lbs doing nothing in the first 6 weeks. (I did cutout pizza, desserts, soda, etc. for the most part). After the 6 weeks I did some workout videos by Jillian Michaels, ate healthy-ish for the most part. I try to go on walks a few times a week.…
