Yes no problem my starting weight was 18st 5lb! I have a big frame and am tall but clearly was overweight. Will be hitting the exercise now though!

Thank you! I found it difficult with the snacking the first few days but have found alternatives and thats been easier. Im astounded by how much difference tracking my food and exercise has made! Im loving MFP.x
