I just don't give myself time to make breakfast and I'm not a heavy eater in the morning so I just wanted something to start my day. Lol

I find that if I don't eat something then I will just start craving sweets and indulge later on in the morning . But I do find that if I do eat breakfast that I do get hungry. But since the shakes are a little heaver it should hold me up until lunch
