My favorite morning breakfast has been butternut squash noodles with two eggs and either bacon or turkey sausage. I sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top too. Delicious!

I drink 24-36oz of coke zero every day and have had no problems losing weight. I went from 163-127lbs.

Yes, I have the same issue. I don't really trust the calorie expenditure on my Fitbit. It says I burn on average 2500 calories a day, which I know isn't true. Keep track of your heart rate during activity, sometimes mine is at peak when I'm just walking.
