Hi, I haven't read through every single post, (theres73pages) so I apologise if youve already answered this. What is your opinion on intermittent fasting? Is it something you did? Were you very strict with what you ate or were you more IIFYM?

I use PhD diet whey. Comes in a variety of flavours. But i tend to go for the Belgian choc mixed with water & then sometimes add a banana, strawberries or peanut butter. I use it as a bfast meal replacement if I'm working an early...(who wants bfast at 6am??) And if I do an hr weights session or a hard spin class I'll have…

Zombies 5k is great, time flies by coz you're busy listening to the story. Music thru the C25K app is hit & miss, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm currently on wk 4 C25K.
