This is the only way I can stay on track. I know that if I eat what I said I was going to eat, I'll be under my calories and I'll be losing weight! It really keeps me motivated :)

Also, I was looking at the fitbit with the heart rate monitor, is that not still worth it for me?

Hi :) how are you finding 5:2? I've tried it a few times now, and found its definitely not for me (I'm too much of a grumpus on the fast days), but Im envious of the people who can use it well!

Im just using this app tbh! Following its calorie count, not being too hard on myself on a weekend if I go over a little of a weekend, and going to the gym 4 times a week. I'm also thinking of signing up for a 10K in the spring!
