I bought the Fitbit Charge HR and it not only tracks my steps throughout the day but the amount of calories I'm burning which then syncs with MFP. You'd be amazed at how many calories you burn just through daily activity.

I am also always on the go and finally started prepping and packing my food each night for the next day. This has helped me tremendously. I no longer snack on unhealthy things or binge because I wait until I'm starving before I eat. I set my alarm on my phone to remind me to eat every 2 hours and I just grab something out…
