An hour a day home exercise plus gym mondays and swimming Tuesdays but all at extremely gentle pace and no resistance whatsoever

Thanks a lot @MaryCS62 im glad your daughter managed to get to a healthy weight and is the point I wuold like to get to , sounds like adding the full fat versions to everything is the way to go :)

thanks cathy , handling hot foods for me is a challenge in itself for me but I do have access to a microwave and slow cooke which I can use to :)

Im in a very similar position Sophie :) at nearly 19 years old I can't get over the 7 stone mark and at nearly 6ft I just wanna get more of a womans body instead of looking so childlike
