1612 miles run in 2014. (70+ already in first half of January 2015). Goal for 2015 is to improve my speed work and set at least one PR (at any distance) this year.

On New Years Day, I ran the Polar Dash 10K in Minneapolis in 44:45. Placed in Top 5 in my age bracket (out of 75) and in Top 5% overall. Great way to start the New Year despite the biting cold.

My goals are to trim down by 10 pounds or so (gradually) and keep running long distance in a concerted effort to set at least one new PR for myself in any race distance running in 2015.
