  • 1612 miles run in 2014. (70+ already in first half of January 2015). Goal for 2015 is to improve my speed work and set at least one PR (at any distance) this year.
  • On New Years Day, I ran the Polar Dash 10K in Minneapolis in 44:45. Placed in Top 5 in my age bracket (out of 75) and in Top 5% overall. Great way to start the New Year despite the biting cold.
  • My goals are to trim down by 10 pounds or so (gradually) and keep running long distance in a concerted effort to set at least one new PR for myself in any race distance running in 2015.
