The app has help me a lot! I knew before that having McD's for breakfast and lunch wasn't good for my health, but now I can see which foods have the most nutritional value for the least amount of calories.

T25 Speed 1.0 Week 3, Total Calorie Burn 285

Hi Ann! I love T25 so far, but this is only Week 2 for me. I'm going to do my best to keep going :) I'm doing 1 workout, 5 days a week because of my work schedule, but before T25 I enjoyed walking/jogging 2-3 miles 3/4 days a week. I lost 10 pounds in a month by just doing that.

It's a struggle for me too. I'm doing 1600 right now but I log an average of 1200 to 1600. I've only been at it a week but I think with trial and error and the helpful app I might be able to find a good nutritional balance soon.

I started T25 last Monday. I love it! I did Insanity for 2 weeks last year but I got burnt out and had time constraints. 25 minutes a day ain't too bad so I decided to give T25 a shot but another goal I have is to complete Insanity as well. I have a lot of weight to lose. MFP is motivating too.

Hi! I just started using MFP too. Although WW helped me learn some healthy eating habits, I'm not a fan of the point system either. I have 40+ pounds to lose too.

I started T25 on Monday with the 1600 calorie diet. I'm loving the work outs. I attempted Insanity last year, but stopped after about 2 weeks and made excuses about not having the time. No more excuses for me. I'm in!
