Count me in at age 57. 24 lbs to lose. On my way with a pretty good start for only a few weeks.

Returning member who has 24 lbs to lose. Exercising on tread or elliptic and eating better. I have about 3 lbs off. Upping my water intake. Would love some support.

Friend me. I am 53, 5'7", MFP since November 2014 and down 13 lbs. would like to lose 5 more lbs and see 155 on the scale. I exercise almost daily. Very on track with entering food, drinks and exercise.
