I started with 30 Day Shred, then Ripped in 30, then a mix of Extreme Shed & 6 Week 6 Pack, and now did a month with the Killer Body DVD. Good luck!! It really works!

Sure! I am 5'3. Started at 169 and now at 138. Hoping to get to 125. I eat between 1300-1500 calories per day. Hope this helps!!
