I had a four pack 2 years ago, then I had a baby about nine months ago. I'm on a journey again to get back my body. I ate Paleo style with lots of fruit because I need sugar :smiley: but I also did strength training videos at home. I felt amazing. 33 lbs to go ...!!!!
