I noticed your post and wanted to reply because I have put on 30lb since my weight loss surgery. This just started after hip replacement surgery 2 years ago. I'm 9 years post op. So I maintained my weight steadily for 7 years. I think the steroid shots prior to my hip replacement jump started this weight gain process.…
