This happened to me too and probably lots of other people out there. I don't worry too much about what's on the bathroom scale anymore - its just a number. I just want to maintain good eating habits and get fit, so keep track of that on MFP - its only an app after all. No offence to the developers of MFP intended :smiley:

I love my coffee too. Always 'use' to drink 4 or 5 cups a day, black, with 2 teaspoons of sugar per cup. Decided to cut the sugar out and try drinking it black. Ohh, I only do 15mins - 30 secs speed, 30 secs normal speed, repeat this till the 15mins is over. I might give this a go the next time I'm at the gym and see what the calorie count is. :)

Yep def recommend C25K. I'm on week 6 now and really enjoying it. I'm a newbie to running and can't believe why I never gave it a go before now. Pace yourself and you'll be fine :D
