Wow, THANK YOU everyone for the positive feedback and pointers. I am definitely encouraged to start my C25K journey and take it slow. Yes we can and yes we will, umhbchica! When I first signed up on MFP in 2011ish I was 237... I don't know how this weight snook up on me :o But I am happy to see ppl on here that succeed and the motivation never her anybody.
