I slice and saute a banana in a little coconut oil, then put it in a bowl and add 1T peanut butter and toasted coconut flakes (unsweetened). It's a super healthy and quick treat.

My fav's are: 1 cup plain yogurt with chia seeds and an apple for dipping, two hard boiled eggs with about 1.5oz cheese and 1/2 cup fruit, or a serving of steel cut oats. Coffee, always coffee.
