  • I too started last year the day after Christmas motivated by Kstephenson40. So glad I found this post today. I plan to get back to logging my food daily and get off the sugar train.
  • I’m in! Have been struggling for months and finally feel like I can commit to logging daily and hopefully drop the extra lbs. I love the idea of starting before the new year. It’s only a week but it feels motivating.
