My go to drinks are Jack and Diet Coke or gin and tonic with a lemon and a lime. Have fun!

How long have you known about the pageant? Sounds like this should have been planned farther ahead than 5 weeks.
-
I try and pre log, but sometimes I have to tweak things. It definitely helps me plan ahead for special occasions or sneaking an unplanned treat into my goal.

I get like that. I've always had body image problems, so sometimes it seems like nothing is ever good enough. I just breathe through it and they pass. These get less frequent with every pound I lose.

I call it like I see it. If it walks like a duck.. I'd be inclined to agree. If eating a bigger breakfast works for someone to stay within their calorie goals, then by all means. It still comes down to CICO, not timing.

If people copped an attitude with me all because of an article I posted, you bet I'd agree. I didn't call any specific member a jerk. I'm just letting the OP know that not everyone here is a mindless troll that feeds off of creating drama out of nothing. Let's be honest, that's what 75% of people on the internet do. If I…

Attacking her over semantics. Seems legit. OP, not everyone on here is a jerk. Scout's honor.
-
I'd focus less on my flappy arms and more about getting "un"married to that jerk.

I prefer to eat a little less and lose a little more each week. Although, I don't eat 1200 calories a day as a rule. Some days I am over.
-
You're joking, right?
-
Fruit pizza is amazing! I'd cut myself a small piece and then choose some lower calorie options to make it a meal.
-
Why would you think soda is unhealthy? I drink Diet soda, coffee and the very occasional sugar-free Monster.

Saving most of my calories for the evening has been a life saver for me. It's easy to just graze at work but when I get home, I want to sit down to a substantial meal.
-
I don't pay attention to anything but protein and overall calorie intake.
-
I worry about hitting protein first. Then the rest just falls into place.

I LOVE the workouts (purchased P90X and Insanity pretty cheap on Craigslist) and actually have a lot of fun with them. That's the only reason I would suggest giving one or two a try, but I certainly wouldn't pay retail price for them. However, I wouldn't waste any of my money on their supplements or nutrition plans. I…

LOL. Truuuue. I should probably get on that. I've been slacking!
-
I don't think I've had an all green day since I bought mine last month. :/
-
I have my goal set to 1200 calories, but they definitely vary day by day. Most days I net between 1200 and 1500. On my "bad" days (weekends), I net at maintenance or a little below. The days that I eat at 1200 are usually my "calorie make up" days.

I'd grab a cup of soup and some of that cheesecake for dessert.

I love love LOVE my Charge HR. Very accurate and motivates me to move my *kitten* more. Haha.
-
Is this real life?
-
Reduced fat cheese, 0% Greek yogurt and I drink light almond and soy milk.
-
I eat out most weekends, so I'm usually over calories Saturdays and sometimes Sundays as well. Usually at maintenance or a tad above.
-
Usually 2 meals and a snack or two.
-
I'm probably not much help, but I was a large B cup at my heaviest and now am an A (and 30 pounds lighter). Mine didn't get saggier, they just got smaller.
-
I'd be ecstatic. lol. I love Reese's cereal.
-
Totino's are the best. I totally feel for you! Haha.

I plan on eating the other half of my medium salted caramel truffle blizzard from Dairy Queen for dinner tonight. No shame. I'll still be under my calorie goal for the day.
