Mine is set at 1200, but I also have my goal set at 2 pounds per week. Some choose not to because they think it's too restrictive. Personal preference.

The government has no business telling anyone what they can and cannot order with their meal. This is ridiculous.

I drink 3-5 cans of diet soda a day, depending on my mood. It helps keep my sweet tooth at bay for almost zero calories. I don't see a problem at all.

Chicken enchiladas washed down with a few lime margaritas. No shame. We're still together almost 2 years later.

Keep yourself busy. Go for a walk, read a book, do a crossword, etc. If I get bored, I will literally eat everything in my house.

I eat back my Fitbit calories most of the time and don't have a problem losing weight.

I gained 3 pounds this week. I ate at a deficit every single day. Fluctuations happen.

Never tried Shakeology. I use an $18 protein powder that serves the same purpose. However, I LOVE the Beachbody work outs.

I'd get the grilled catfish with rice, beans and hush puppies. I'd skip the coleslaw though. Yummmmy.

I've lost 14 pounds and my grandpa mentioned on Sunday that I look like I've lost weight. Made me really happy. :)

Thanks for the tip. My eyes tend to be bigger than my stomach, so this would probably benefit me quite a bit.

I'm 5'5" 166 and I wear a size 10/12, depending on brand. When I was 145, I wore an 8. At 135, I was a 6. The more you have to lose, usually the more weight loss it takes to drop a pant size.

My Charge HR is pretty darn accurate. I am losing the weight that is projected based on Fitbit calories burned and daily intake. So that's a good sign!
