I love seasoned tuna and salmon on the grill or baked in foil with EVOO and spices. As far as the beans, I like fat free refried beans over a taco salad. Black beans pair well with fish. I like making my own hummus with a mix of garbanzo beans and peas. I also enjoy white bean salad. :)

I've had food issues since I was a small child. I was diagnosed with ED-NOS (now OSFED) when I was 14 years old. My biggest fear is that my 4 year old daughter will turn out like me. I have a banana, Greek yogurt and iced coffee with almond milk for breakfast every morning. The only time this changes is if I go out for breakfast, which isn't often.

The opposite of natural sugar is added sugar to me. I wouldn't call it unnatural. OP stated most of her sugars come from fructose. I guess I consider that a good thing.

I don't worry about going over a bit on sugar, especially natural sugars. As long as you are still creating a deficit, it won't affect weight loss either way.

Do scales really make a whole lot of difference? I've always just measured my food and never had a problem with losing weight. Not a sarcastic question, I have a scale and would be down to use it if it's really that much more accurate.

I've been eating baked beans with cut up turkey hot dogs every day for lunch for the past week. It's amazing. :#

I set aside 300 calories of my allotted amount for dark chocolate. Sometimes I do that aside from PMS too. :wink:
