Not 30, turning 29 in March. Husband is 30. But at 30 I won't be having kids, I had a tubal ligation right after my 27th bday and my husband is snipped. Just no interest in kids, I love my niece and nephew but I can also return them and I like it that way. It's fur children for us. Dogs. B)

With fibro light walking and yoga can improve. Try myofascial release! I strengthen my core and stretch on a large stability ball. I was dxed with fibro in 1999 @ 13 and lupus (SLE) 2 years ago. You can do it! It's hard but worth it. Extra weight makes it harder on your body as well as not eating well. ❤❤ <3
