My mini-mini goal is to see 169 lbs on the scale in a few days. I am currently at 171 lbs. My mini goal is to lose 11 lbs in time for my trip to Las Vegas which is on March 8. My big goal is to be 155 lbs. once that happens, I will see if I am happy with how I look and feel and decide what new goals to make from there.

After months of eating and drinking what I wanted, I've tried calorie counting again and am on my 4th day. This is big to me because I'm used to giving up mid day and go back to old bad habits. I've been going to the gym a lot more regularly after months of just not going.

Oh and I almost forgot: going to the movies. I may have the very best intentions for myself going in, not get any popcorn, soda, candy etc. , but my boyfriend always goes all out and I always end up having half of his junk food watching the movie. So I can't go to the movies again until I master self-control. lol

Yeah. I used to go on FB several times a day. A few months ago I decided FB and IG were not worth my time and was turning my brain to mush so I never go on those social media sites anymore. Instead I come here or read a book or exercise. It feels great not to be like everyone else.

I try to avoid eating anything for breakfast so that i have the extra calories for a bigger lunch and dinner. Most mornings I do make a chai latte (85 calories) though.
