For a calorie deficit, if I am supposed to consume about 1600 calories a day (My BMR cal is about 1450), and I run for an hour, do I add back the amount of calories I burned?   • If you're concerned about the amount of calories, try to do something active during the day to help make up for the calories. You can't be good all the time, and a cheat meal every now and again is a must.
