Defo up your calorie intake. I used to Eat under mine(around 1100consumed a day). Eventually my body got used to it and as soon I went over it I pile a weight back on.

This app is about helping people. Not who knows more. The proof is in a pudding. All I say stick to what works for u. All in moderation does it for me. I still have sugary things but stick to my calorie allowance and it works for me

Yeah. I just mean something easy. Doesn't take time to make. Quick snack

I like snacking on carrots. Not such a fun of apples. Sugar free jelly is only 10kcal too

I don't think there is a substitute. But it gets easier. Whenever u start craving it. Occupy your mind with something else and it will hopefully go away. Try to swap for healthier choices I e snack&jacks. Or when it comes to chocolate I have highlights hot chocolate which is 40 kcal
