  • I'm in! I do a mixture of classes, gym, the occasional grudging run and home workouts- but I'm inconsistent. Do 30DS and JM's ripped in 30 from time to time but never all the way through! Also really enjoy Bob Harper's workouts- pure burn super strength and ultimate cardio body I would recommend- tough hour long workouts…
  • There's a free app called "bodyweight" that has a list of all the exercises with photos and short videos which is good for inspiration... I would usually do squats, single leg squats, lunges, jet pack squats for legs. Narrow/wide rows, bicep curls, some flys, chest press and chest flys, some tricep roll outs.. And then…
