Hi! Good to meet you. I also try to stay away from refined sugar.... and processed carbs... and cow dairy. How have the past 2 weeks been without sugar?

3 1/2 years and still love it! It's the first form of exercise I've ever liked enough to be consistent. I typically go 4 days a week.
