  • You're welcome! I hope it works for you! You can also add your recipes manually or from the web. It takes a bit of effort, but once you get your mainstays plugged in it makes tracking so easy.

Cut out the rice and beans and it's only 100 calories a serving (according to myfitnesspal's recipe importer)
  • Go into the blog and click on "Eat" at the top of the page. I find I have to click it twice, but then it filters out everything but the recipe and diet articles.
