I agree Pinterest has a ton of recipes. I have made a whole chicken, potatoes for mashed potatoes, rice, hard boiled eggs, irish beef stew and steel cut oats. I've only had mine a few months.

I completely cut out dairy and lost weight! I can't eat it at all anymore.

Hi! I am 46 and have lost 48 pounds this year. My goal now going into the new year is to build more muscle and firm up. Don't really want to spend any money buying stuff so I am going to try just using videos on amazon and youtube. I do Jazzercise twice a week now. Any suggestions are welcome!
