Other things, like your carb intake and menstruation can cause changes in water weight. Check your macros (carbs, fat, protein) from the past few weeks. It could be that a higher portion of your calories last week came from carbs. If so, your body could be retaining more water, masking fat loss. Keep doing what you're…

OP, your BMR (the amount of energy your body needs just to keep you alive) calculates to about 1400 calories per day. Try eating at least that much and let your everyday activity plus exercise create your deficit. I know I don't feel satisfied on anything less than my BMR calories. You don't have a ton of weight to lose,…

Have you spoken with your doctor about your stomach issues? I'm sure he or she could help you manage them or even solve them, rather than you trying to do so on your own. That's what doctors are for! :) Good luck, OP.

My goals during this challenge are to lose 20 pounds, make it to the gym 5 times a week every week, log my food every day, and try to meet my step goal 0f 12,500 every day. I'd also like to keep improving my lifts. :)

Hi, I'm Amber! I'm 21, originally from Alabama but now living in the Seattle, WA area. I'm in college studying to become an English teacher. I've been overweight my whole life, but realizing I was only 20 pounds away from 200 at 5'0" tall was my personal wake-up call. So far, I've lost 9 pounds and want to lose 50-60 more;…

I've promised myself, though, that this time I'm going to make it. So anyone who can help me keep that promise or who I can help keep…
