I'm happy start on Mfp, I'm currently tracking every day and show my diary to give ideas. I lost a lot of weight and kept it off for years but very recently gained almost all.of it back after 4 years of keeping it off. 😔 but I'm ready to go again.

Hi you can add me, I was very similar I start at 22 stone, got down to 14 stone now sitting at 16.5 I'm at Slimming world but also using mfp to help track calories.. The unlimited pasta etc.. What I do I have a handful and fill the rest with veg or salad and protein. I have an open diary so you can have a look at food. Xx

Waist workouts are! Like hip rolls, to a whole song and waist exercises x

Get ur self some light weights and start doing arm reps. U can do some floor exercises like leg lifts. Situps, Try the plank also. I put in headphones and just dance/do squats etc.. to my fave tunes. Burns calories!! Start small and go bigger when ur more flexible and have more stamina. Good luck. And obviously watch what…
