A holiday is time to relax and enjoy something that's not routine. Don't feel guilty about eating dessert - have two! If you stress too much you'll return from holiday more stressed than when you went there.

I'm signed up the May TM. I'm using the event as an opportunity to test myself physically and mentally. I'm training similar to you 4/5 times a week. A mix of cardio and strength with trx sessions chucked in as well 3 times a week to focus on CORE strength. 43 years old - what am I thinking !
