Is it best to plan for a week? It's when I get stuck or haven't planned that I tend to not stick to my diet

I try and turn it into a positive and think "I will show you" 4.9kg is brilliant wish I could do that!!! Keep going don't let it get the better of you. I had that said to me and after the initial disappointment it has made me reset my goal and I am getting my focus back. I just need to stay motivated
