I'm 5'5 1/2 and will be doing my next progress pics September of this year. I've been MFP logging intermittently. I've been doing Kickboxing at Farrell's for the past 2 years. Their program is based on 45 minute sessions of HIIT Cardio/Kickboxing 3X week & strength 3X week. I've been working out 6 days a week most weeks.…
