Ok.. So here's a difference of about 28 kg (around 60 pounds). Feels like I was 40 in the first image and I was just 28. Right photo is at 29 :D

Also, yes, the belly doesn't fully disappear, apparently. I'm at 77 kgs now and still have it. I don't wanna go lower, but will definitely start weight training more seriously, maybe that'll do the trick! :wink:

Hey guys! I'm an apple shape. I've had my belly my entire life and it's just getting smaller now, but I've always had skinny legs with a HUGE belly :))) I've lost 25 kg since January. Here's some pics :) (sorry for the weird angles)

I've tried the Dukan diet about 3 years ago. Worked well, lost 20 kg in 5 months. BUT... I was always feeling sluggish and had no interest in anything physical, cause I lacked the energy.
