For me it was December 2014, when I stepped on the scale and saw that I weighed 183lbs. 4 years ago, I weighed 135. I was disgusted with myself that I let myself go that badly.I knew I had to make a change and fast!

4-5 days a week, 2 1/2 - 3 hours each time. Seems to work for me.

Please feel free to add me. I've been on MFP for a while but I'm just now trying to figure out the community section of this site. I've lost 22 pounds and counting so I would love to help others who are going through this journey as well as others to motivate me as well. We can do this ya'll!!

I've just recently started this diet about a week ago and I'm having a hard time finding good low carb low Cal recipes as well. I'll be following this post.
