  • Beans, peas, lentils, tofu, nuts, seeds. All of these are great non-animal protein sources.

  • Dark Leafy Greens help to get both of these things naturally. Kale, Spinach, etc. That is what I eat to get them at least.
  • If you go to the meal, and if you have an iPhone and use the app, you swipe the title of the meal to the left and then it will say delete meal, and you can delete that way. I'm not sure about doing it on a desktop though, sorry.
  • I'm a vegan of over a year and vegetarian of over 6 years. Those processed things will cause you to have HIGHER blood pressure. Eat things like curry or turmeric, and lower sodium.
