Hi, Can totally sympathise with you, I'm a mum of 5, 111lbs now, post menopausal for the last 3 years. Know how hard it is to get weight off, I'm only 5 ft myself so appreciate the struggle when you don't have the height to carry it off. Like you I've always been a slim person, but over the years the combination of…

Yes I try and eat between 12- 1500 depending on how active I've been, do not go very low, you will not lose weight that way.

Hi I'm 54 5ft At my heaviest 154lbs, started on here in 2015, weight has come off slowly, with lots of ups and downs along the way. Have been doing a lot of IF for some time found that really helps also high fats, but good ones help to keep you fuller for longer. Now at 112 so only want to lose another 4-5 pounds.

Have been doing 16:8 on and off for a while, I love it, have lost nearly 3 st (41lbs). Combined with LCHF works for me. Find it helps not to eat too much wheat or sugar, not good for me, as much as I might want it.

As someone who has suffered from sciatic and piriformis issues in my leg for years, some days it is so hard to exercise, run, walk. Hi girls, I'm 5" and mum of 5. 120 lbs Have been trying for years to shift the Preggy belly and thunder thighs, tend to do mainly cardio at the moment, and I try and eat a healthy diet, biggest problem is my love of choccie!! Doesn't help that I'm menopausal too and at 53 the weight just doesn't shift so easily. If anyone…
-
Understand how you feel, have the same problem, my weight has refused to budge no matter what I try, whether I weigh correctly, eat healthily exercise etc, maybe I'm not eating enough, but I'm only a small person, any suggestions?
-
Think my problem was to do with the fact that I had a really bad tooth infection and was put on strong antibiotics which I hear can upset your system, since then nothing again.
-
Fab!! Well done
-
Let me know what happens, hope all goes well.
-
Probably likely, the things we have to go through. Maybe you should be careful with your diet too, although don't know what types of food you are eating.
-
Think it's to do with hormones esp oestrogen levels, also find it hard to shift esp around middle. Oh the joys!!

My weight goes up and down more times than a yoyo!! It's so frustrating and yet I've proved I can lose weight, but seems so hard at this stage of life. Wish the choc bar didn't love me so much
