Is that beta alanine?
-
That only applies to organic food. Organic food cannot be GMO. Many products are not labeled organic and you don't know if they are GMO.
-
I turned that feature off. I have a pretty regular workout routine and just assume the calorie burn is steady. Whatever caloric intake gives me the results I want, I stick with.

Unfortunately, they are not required to label GMO or non-GMO. We're in the dark. I think only Vermont requires labeling and the U.S. House of Representatives just voted in favor of legislation that would make it illegal for any state to require GMO labeling. If I sold genetically modified food, I wouldn't label it as such.

Edamame IS soy beans. And almost all of the soy grown in the US is genetically modified. I think you'd be hard pressed to find soy that is not GMO.
-
I, also, was being sarcastic.
-
You've probably heard that soy can act like estrogen in the body. Probably would have to be a very high dose. They are just about all GMO. The long term affects of genetic modification are subject to debate.

I've seen some amazing things done with cauliflower.

Sage advice, indeed. I bolded my favorite parts.

Prednisone started working 10 minutes after my first dose. It did not last for long after the last dose. I was going to PT for probably 3 months before I noticed any kind of change.

Personally, I wouldn't eat peanut butter just before a workout because the fat would sit in my stomach like a rock, but everybody is different. I have a dextrose and whey solution because they both digest quickly. If it were several hours before the workout, whole grain toast and almond butter with banana slices on top.…

I had sciatic issues for about a year and a half. Pain under my piriformis and tingling and numbness down my leg. I went to PT and they evaluated me has having an anterior pelvic tilt. My pelvis pushes forward at the time. Lots of hip flexor and IT band stretches plus core exercise have helped a lot. I'm mostly pain free…

I have a particular dress shirt that garners those types of responses every time I wear it. Even times when I have been gaining weight. Must be the cut.
-
I don't eat it at work if it creates an odor. I will take my lunch for a walk and eat it outside. It's up to you how considerate you want to be of other people.

Snack away! Slow digesting casein protein. http://www.easyproteinshakes.com/easy-casein-protein-pudding-recipe/

They have carbs. Just the non-digestible kind (fiber).
-
You should have a daily target for protein and split it up throughout the day, so that it is continuously available for your body. Timing would be more relevant for carbs. Your muscle glycogen is depleted after a workout and muscles will soak up carbs like a sponge. I just have a simple dextrose/whey mixture during and…

I think you missed the point. We had been going out for several years and I ALWAYS paid. I wanted to see if she would do it ONCE.
-
I did that once with an ex who never paid. It was still sitting there when I came back. The operative word in this story being 'ex'.
-
Are you currently gaining or losing?
-
And you cook it the same ever time.
-
You can get too much protein. You can get too much of anything. 52 grams is not even close to too much. Enjoy that shake at lunch and have a nice casein shake right before bed, too!

This spiraled out of control quickly. Your scale may be trying to account for drift if the addition of salt is slow. Dump the 1/3 tsp at one time and see if it registers.

King Corn.

"Do you believe in love at first sight? Or should I walk by again?" It's all in the delivery.

Someone on here mentioned mixing with avocado instead of mayo. We put it in a salad with sunflower seeds and dried cranberries. Tuna melt.

Then it's just 7 minutes of calisthenics and probably more energy has been expended worrying about tracking it than actually doing it.
-
Some things just need to be said. This seems to be designed as a High Intensity workout and the best thing might be to strap on a heart rate monitor.
-
I don't think they are gluttons. They are pressured and struggle to take in 7000+calories per day. What they do to their bodies is abusive.

Pick a number, any number. Track it for two weeks. Adjust accordingly. Repeat.
